I am dealing with something weird and honestly kinda concerning. I've noticed that milk is coming from my breast without pregnancy, and it’s making me freak out a little! Like, I am not even remotely close to being pregnant right now, and this sudden change is really throwing me off. It started a few weeks ago when I squeezed my breast out of curiosity, and instead of just being normal, there was this milky substance.
