Hair follicle and sweat glands are blocked. What options exist to heal this? It's called hydrodenitis suprativa. It's extremely painful. Sores, inflammation, scars, itch. Disfiguring.

First, let’s understand the underlying doshas involved. Pitta imbalances often contribute to inflammation and skin irritations, while Kapha might lead to blockages. Balancing these doshas can, therfore, have beneficial effects.

Begin with dietary modifications: emphasize a pitta-pacifying diet, including cooling foods like cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Reduce consumption of spicy, oily, and processed foods, and avoid nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants which can aggravate symptoms. Instead, focus on meals that are light and easy to digest, cooked vegetables and grains.

Herbal supplements may provide relief. Neem, known for its antiseptic properties, can be useful. Turmeric, too, with its anti-inflammatory qualities, mixing half a teaspoon in warm water and consuming daily may aid reducing inflammation.
