Excessive bleeding following a hysteroscopy, particularly with the presence of clots, persisting even after hormonal treatments, indicates a condition that necessitates immediate medical attention. While Ayurveda offers an abundance of wisdom in managing gynecological issues, it is vital, at this point, to prioritize urgent professional care to rule out any complications or underlying conditions such as infections, incomplete tissue removal, or issues with blood clotting.

However, alongside seeking immediate medical consultation, there are some Ayurvedic guidelines you might consider incorporating to support your overall health. According to Ayurvedic principles, promoting a sense of calm and balance in the body can be beneficial. Focus on a diet that calms excess Pitta, often linked with excessive bleeding. This includes consuming cooling foods like cucumber and avoiding pungent, sour, and salty tastes which can aggravate bleeding issues.

Herbal concoctions such as decoctions made from Ashoka bark (Saraca asoca) have been traditionally used for supporting female reproductive health, though again, these should not replace conventional treatment in acute scenarios.

Hydration is crucial; drink room temperature water to maintain adequate hydration and support blood volume. Also consider practicing calming Yoga techniques such as Pranayama to reduce stress, which can impact hormonal balance. Stress-relieving techniques like mediation can help support your body’s overall resilience during this period.

Remember, these are supportive measures and not a replacement for urgent medical care. Given your age and proximity to menopause, seeking specialized gynecological advice is highly recommended to ensure your health and safety in the immediate and long term.
