I am really worried about my health and need some advice. I've been dealing with this fatty liver diagnosis for a little while now, and I'm trying different things to manage it. My doctor suggested changing my diet, cutting down on sugar, and exercising more, but honestly, I'm feeling overwhelmed. Lately, I heard that is triphala good for fatty liver? I've done some reading and it sounds like it has all these amazing properties, but I’m not sure if it is the right choice for me specifically. I’ve tried some herbal supplements before, but nothing seemed to work out. Here's the thing, I want to incorporate more natural remedies into my life, so I figured I’d look into is triphala good for fatty liver. If it can help detoxify the liver, that would be great! But then again, there’s so much info out there, it’s confusing. I also have noticed that I get bloated sometimes and my digestion isn’t the best. Do you think taking triphala would help with that too? Also like, how should I actually take it? Powder, capsules, or something else? If anyone has used it for fatty liver or knows if is triphala good for fatty liver, I would really appreciate your thoughts. Just feeling a bit lost and anxious about what’s the best path forward.
