You are dumping too many medications at a time I turn it will make your digestive system more weak and leading to whatever medication you are taking will not act properly n moreover you doesn’t see much improvement I would suggest to modify the medicine n acc to priority base if you start with a milder dose n according to digestion n symptoms, improvement, we can further add on the medicines

Your symptoms suggest possible digestive issues linked with the imbalance of Pitta dosha primarily, along with Vata. This might be affecting your Agni (digestive fire), causing symptoms like loss of appetite, feeling of fullness, bloating, and generalized weakness. The presence of H. pylori indicates that there could be underlying inflammation or infection contributing to these symptoms.

Prioritizing the H. pylori infection is crucial. Ensure to complete the prescribed course of antibiotic therapy, as H. pylori often requires specific treatment. While your allopathic medicines target the infection and associated symptoms, integrating Ayurveda can help harmonize your doshas and strengthen your digestion naturally.

Neem tea is beneficial due to its antimicrobial properties but can cause some Vata imbalance, which might be why you experience gas and bloating. To mitigate this, consider adding a dash of hing (asafoetida) or a pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) to your diet, as they aid in reducing bloating and gas. Drink warm water throughout the day to assist in digestion.

Focus on a Pitta-pacifying diet: include cooling, hydrating foods like cucumbers, coconut water, and buttermilk. Avoid spicy, fermented, or fried foods, as they might aggravate Pitta. Eat smaller, more frequent meals to reinforce Agni without overwhelming it.

Align your Ayurvedic treatment with your prakriti and vikriti. Discuss with your Ayurvedic practitioner about possible adjustments, considering you take several of the prescribed medicines before meals and some after. Simplify based on what addresses your primary concerns effectively, especially for your dominant dosha imbalance.

For pain around the back, gentle yoga, or pranayama, particularly focusing on poses that address the digestive system, could help release tension and improve energy levels. Practices like Surya Namaskar and Pawanmuktasana can be beneficial if done cautiously and under guidance.

Restoring balance involves patience and consistency, so keep in regular consultation with both your allopathic and Ayurvedic practitioners to track progress and make necessary changes. Should you continue to losing weight or feel your symptoms worsening, further investigations might be needed to ensure comprehensive care.

The symptoms you’re experiencing—such as feeling full quickly, weakness, and digestive disturbances—suggest an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas in the context of Ayurveda. The positive H. pylori test is a significant marker for gastric disturbances, and the treatments you’ve tried so far have focused on addressing these. Here’s a more tailored approach from a Siddha-Ayurvedic perspective:

1. Dietary Adjustments: Focus on a warm, light diet to calm Vata and balance Pitta. Include easily digestible foods like soft rice, well-cooked vegetables, and soups. Avoid raw foods, cold drinks, caffeine, and spicy meals, as they can aggravate your symptoms.

2. Neem Tea: While neem has antibacterial properties, it can be a bit heating and may aggravate Pitta if taken in excess. Limit this to 2-3 times a week and observe whether it further impacts your digestion.

3. Herbal Aids: Triphala at bedtime can gently support digestion without straining your system. Steep 1/2 teaspoon in warm water and consume before sleeping.

4. Gentle Detoxification: Trikatu churna, which includes ginger, black pepper, and long pepper in small amounts after meals, may help stimulate Agni (digestive fire) and improve digestion.

5. Yoga and Relaxation: To address weakness and enhance energy, gentle yoga practices, especially those focusing on the joint and spine, can help ease the back discomfort and improve circulation.

6. Regularity: Stay consistent with the Ayurvedic medicines you’ve been prescribed, and make sure to monitor how they’re affecting your condition. It may be necessary to adjust dosages or combinations.

7. Consultations: If symptoms persist or worsen, follow up with your healthcare provider to reassess the situation. Persistent H. pylori infection often requires careful monitoring.

The combination of allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines should be managed carefully to prevent conflicting effects. Balancing your digestive and overall health in this manner can support recovery. If severe symptoms develop, such as intense pain, significant weight loss, or inability to keep food down, seek immediate medical attention.
