I am really struggling with my skin lately. It's been looking dull and just lackluster, u know? A friend of mine mentioned how to use cod liver oil for glowing skin, and I’m curious but also a little skeptical. Like, how can fish oil actually help my skin? I've tried so many products. Last week, I even went to the dermatologist who suggested some harsh treatments that didn't help much and made my skin super dry. I read online that cod liver oil is packed with vitamins A and D, which is what skin needs, but I honestly don’t know how to start with it. Do I take it as a supplement? Should I apply it directly to my face??? I hear a lot of opinions but nothing concrete. I've never tried any natural oils before so I’m kinda nervous about potential breakouts or aggravations! Also, I wonder if there’s a certain time of day to take it or any other tips on how to use cod liver oil for glowing skin that could make a difference. Has anyone had success with this?
