So much hair fall from last one month. Hairs are getting thin. How to control hair fall please help.i am using Trich up oil and shampoo n conditioner from last 3-4 years...but that much hairfall never happened before this...Iwant to regrowth my hairs.

Experiencing increased hair fall, especially when using products consistently for years, can indeed be concerning. Hair fall and thinning can be attributed to imbalances in Vata dosha, stress, nutritional deficiencies, or even environmental factors. It’s essential to address the underlying issue first to attempt regrowth and strengthen hair.

Firstly, focus on your diet. Ensure you’re consuming a balanced diet rich in iron, proteins, and omega fatty acids which are vital for hair health. Include amla (Indian gooseberry) in your diet, perhaps as a juice or even a powder form, to enhance hair strength and prevent premature graying.

Consider oleation (application of oil) with warm medicated oils like Bhringraj or Brahmi, which are renowned in Ayurveda for promoting hair health. Massage into your scalp at least twice a week. This will boost circulation, fostering an environment that’s conducive for hair growth. Allow the oil to stay on your scalp for a few hours or overnight before washing it off gently with a mild, natural shampoo.

Managing stress is another crucial factor. Techniques such as pranayama or meditation can be immensely beneficial in calming the mind and balancing the doshas. Dedicate 15-20 minutes daily to these practices.

Additionally, ensure your digestion is optimal as poor digestion can lead to nutrient assimilation issues affecting hair health. Consume warm, freshly prepared meals including spices such as cumin and turmeric to improve digestion.

Avoid any harsh styling products or treatments that might stress the hair. Stay hydrated and reduce any possible heat exposure to your scalp, such as hot showers which can make hair brittle.

For more persistent or severe hair fall, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized regimen, as they may suggest specific herbs, rasayana therapy or even panchakarma treatments to address your overall health.
