Can an app give a more accurate understanding of my dosha and recommend specific lifestyle changes, like foods to eat or avoid? I’d also love it if the app provided reminders to stick to a routine since I struggle with consistency. Another feature I’m curious about is meal planning. Does any Ayurveda app help create personalized meal plans based on seasonal changes or individual needs? For example, I know I should eat warming foods in winter to balance vata, but I have no idea how to put that into practice. If the app includes recipes or tips for grocery shopping, that would be really helpful.
