I am really struggling with this high uric acid issue. A month ago, I had this crazy pain in my toe, like the worst thing ever, couldn't even walk properly. After I went to the doc, they said it's gout from high uric acid levels. Apparently, my tests showed like super high numbers and now I’m freaking out a bit about how to decrease uric acid in body naturally, you know? I’ve been trying to eat better? Like cut out red meat and some seafood, lots of veggies, but honestly, it’s hard to stick with it. I even heard about herbs that could help and some spices that might be good for this, but what’s the best way to go about it?
