I am having pimples in face especially at forehead. They are a kind deep pimples which are painful.I'mover weight too. I want loose weight faster.I'm having recurring boils in my fold regions and around my vagina too. Puss filled boils

Avoid spicy, fried, and processed foods as they can aggravate Pitta. You may try drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day with a pinch of turmeric to support detoxification.
