I am really at my wits end here trying to figure out how long does it take for ayurveda to work. I've been dealing with chronic digestive issues for like over 6 months now, and I’ve tried everything from modern meds to really weird diets, but nothing seems to help. My gut feels like a stormy sea, with bloating, gas, and, ugh, sometimes even a little nausea. The doctors keep saying it’s stress-related, but I don’t know if that’s all of it. A friend recommended seeing an ayurvedic practitioner. I thought, why not? I’ve heard it can be really healing, but now I wonder... how long does it take for ayurveda to work?? I had my first consultation last week, and the doc started talking about balancing my doshas, foods to eat, and herbal remedies. Kinda overwhelming – but also interesting?? But seriously, how long does it take for ayurveda to work?? Like, am I gonna feel some relief in a few days, or should I be expecting this to drag on for weeks or months? I don’t want to be patient if nothing’s gonna change. Anyone else been in a similar boat?? A little insight would seriously help!
