I am really struggling to figure out how to use shankh properly! A few weeks ago, I came across this ancient remedy while searching for natural ways to help my digestion issues. You see, I've had this bloaty feeling almost every day after meals, and it’s been driving me nuts. My friend mentioned how shankh can help with that and even improve overall gut health. I bought some shankh powder from an Ayurvedic shop, but honestly, I have no clue on how to use shankh in my daily routine. Should I take it with water? Or maybe mix it in food?
