Think of meditation, deep breathing exercises, and yoga; they help cultivate that calmness and clarity. You might also consider spending time in nature or engaging in creative activities that foster a state of flow.

Diet plays an important role too. Favor fresh, simple foods - like whole grains, fruits, nuts, and dairy - they are said to enhance satvic qualities. It’s about avoiding overly spicy, processed, or tamasic (inert) foods that make you feel sluggish. So, keep it clean and nourishing!
