Focusing on your described health concerns, addressing fatty liver, gallbladder stones, high cholesterol, and skin itchiness with an Ayurvedic approach involves a few lifestyle and dietary adaptations. Fatty liver and gallbladder stones can often be linked to Kapha imbalances, and your elevated cholesterol levels suggest the need to optimize digestion or agni.

Firstly, consider your diet. Try to avoid heavy, oily or fried foods, they can aggravate the condition of both your liver and gallbladder. Opt for lighter meals, favoring khichdi, a dish of rice and lentils, as it’s easy on the digestive system. Include more greens and bitter vegetables like bitter gourd (karela) or fenugreek (methi) in your diet, as they help detoxify the liver.

Next, herbs such as bhumyamalaki and punarnava can be very beneficial. Take decoctions or capsules of these if available, they are well-known for supporting liver function. Consult a local herbalist for appropriate doses. Also, drinking warm water throughout the day can assist in thinning bile and reducing chances of gallstone formation.

Make sure to start your day with a warm glass of lemon water. Its astringent properties can support liver cleansing. Use turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties; you could add it to your meals or have turmeric milk once daily.

For stubborn itchiness, aloe vera gel, applied externally, may provide relief. Internally, you might take neem and turmeric—small quantities would be sufficient, them assist in skin health.

Continue your walking routine. Regular movement not only aids in balancing Kapha but also supports lipid metabolism. If comfortable, gradually increase the intensity or duration of your exercise. Avoid alcohol, as it can further stress your liver.

While Ayurvedic practices are supportive, do follow any medical advice given by your conventional healthcare providers, especially if symptoms change or worsen.
