I am really struggling with some liver issues, and I'm trying to figure out which juice is best for liver health. A couple of months ago, I had some tests done and my doctor mentioned my enzyme levels were a bit off. I started feeling fatigued and honestly, that scared me a lot! I read somewhere that certain juices can help detox the liver, but now I'm just confused. I've heard that beet juice is great, but then I also came across dandelion juice. I’m like, which juice is best for liver? I know I should probably be eating more veggies too, but sometimes I just forget to include them in my meals and juices feel easier. I tried a few different things, like combo juices with carrots and apples, but no clue if they’re doing anything good, or if I’m just wasting my time. 😩 And honestly, there’s so much info out there. One article says citrus juices are amazing too! If I could just nail down what I should be focusing on. Can anyone share their thoughts or experiences on which juice is best for liver support?
