आयुर्वेदिक जड़ी बूटियों का भी उपयोग फायदेमंद हो सकता है। अश्वगंधा, गुग्गुल और शतावरी जैसी जड़ी बूटियां वात दोष को संतुलित करने में सहायक हैं। डॉक्टर से परामर्श करके गुणवत्ता वाली जड़ी-बूटियाँ का सेवन करें। पीड़ा में अधिक आराम न मिलने पर, आपको तुरंत आयुर्वेदिक विशेषज्ञ से मिलकर अधिक व्‍यापक चिकित्सा जांच करवानी चाहिए।
