For the lower back pain, a cautious evaluation is crucial. Elevated ESR and CRP may indicate inflammation within your body, so you should definitely follow up with healthcare professional to exclude any serious conditions. Ensure to apply hot fomentation or warm oil massage on the lower back. Use sesame oil; its warmth and penetration capability is known for vata pacification. Do it daily in the morning or before sleep.

The stretchy sensation in the feet and neck could be related to muscular tension or a circulation issue. You might consider practicing yoga postures, like Tadasana or Vrksasana, helps improves flexibility. This should be done early morning, around sunrise, when the air is fresh and cool. For the neck, Greeva Sanchalana, a neck exercise involving slow and deliberate movements, could provide relief.

Your Vitamin D levels are low, which might contribute to muscle discomfort and bone pain. Introduce more sun exposure for about 15-20 minutes daily, preferably around midday when UVB rays are strong. Consider foods rich in Vitamin D, such as mushrooms and fortified products, though it’s wise to discuss supplementation with your doctor to reach optimal levels.

Low vitamin B12 can also affect muscle and nervous system. Consider including foods like dairy products, fermented foods, and leafy greens in your diet. If you’re vegetarian, a B12 supplement could be essential.

Monitor overall dosha balance: stress, irregular meals and excessive intake of dry, cold foods could exacerbate symptoms. Have warm, nourishing meals with spices like ginger and black pepper. Hydrate adequately with warm water, avoid caffeinated drinks which can worsen dehydration or vata aggravation.

Lastly avoid sudden movements or heavy lifting to prevent straining your back further. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s essential to seek medical attention promptly.

The symptoms you’re experiencing, such as the lower back pain and stretchy sensation in your feet and neck, could be linked to underlying imbalances in your body’s doshas. Based on your blood test results, there are a few things that stand out. Your Vitamin D levels are low and coupled with the pain and sensations you’re experiencing, suggests potential Vata imbalance, especially affecting the musculoskeletal system.

Firstly, you can focus on increasing your Vitamin D levels, as it plays a crucial role in bone health. Spending some time in the sun during early morning or late afternoon can improve your Vitamin D synthesis. Incorporate foods rich in Vitamin D such as ghee fortified with this nutrient, milk, and yogurt.

For your lower back pain and overall stretchy sensation, you might start with regular warm oil massages (Abhyanga), using sesame oil, which is warming and grounding—helpful for Vata. Apply the oil heated slightly, focus on the lower back, feet, and neck. Post-application, a warm bath can improve absorption and provide relief.

Additionally, as you’re noticing these issues in your feet and neck, you may benefit from gentle stretching exercises or yoga asanas like Pavanmuktasana, Uttanasana, and Marjariasana. These can enhance flexibility and circulation. But be mindfull to perform them under guidance initially to prevent strain.

Considering your elevated ESR and CRP levels, it might indicate inflammation. Anti-inflammatory herbs like Turmeric in your diet can help, preferably raw or as golden milk made by simmering it with milk and a dash of black pepper.

Hydration is very important. Drink warm water with a pinch of dry ginger powder throughout the day to support your digestion, which further helps balance Vata-dosha.

Lastly, please consult with a healthcare provider regarding your blood test anomalies for a comprehensive evaluation. Addressing these underlying issues can collectively alleviate your symptoms.
