Dr. Soukhya Hiremath
I am Dr Soukhya, completed my BAMS degree under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, and sometimes I still can’t believe how fast that year of full-time practice went by… feels like I m still figuring small things while already handling so many female disorders and skin related conditions every day. I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. I am practicing for a year now, but honestly the learning kind of never stop, each patient shows something new… sometimes I even pause thinking “wait, did I explain that right” and then go again with more clarity. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated. I treated many gynic issues, from irregular cycles to pregnency related discomforts, and a lot of cosmetology concerns too (acne, pigmentation and stuff that people get worried about really quickly!). I am also running offline yoga classes for pregnant women and others too… it started simple but grew into this small supportive space where I see how much differnce breathing and mindful movement makes. Sometimes the schedule gets messy, or I m not sure if the batch timing was perfect, but the sessions still turn meaningful. Ayurveda, yoga, routine corrections — all these tie together in my approach. I try to keep things straighforward, even if my notes get a bit scattered here and there or a comma miss somewhere, but the intention stays steady: help people feel better with methods that respect body’s natural healing.

Hello‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ I understand your concern completely. The situation of ovarian cysts/endometriosis coming back even after laparoscopy and the inability to conceive can definitely make your emotional state go down — but please keep calm.

Ayurveda is highly successful in fertility enhancement by natural means especially when menstrual cycles are regular and there is little or no pain (which is your case).

YOUR CONCERN< You are going through: –Ovarian cyst + endometriosis (mild, returning after laparoscopy) –TTC for more than 2 years –Menstrual cycles: Regular Lifestyle: Moderately active Main problem: Conception difficulty, not pain

Currently staying abroad, concerned whether Ayurveda can still help

This suggests Vata–Kapha imbalance, poor quality of the endometrial lining & slight tubal dysfunction — all conditions that can be treated with Ayurveda.

Indeed — Ayurveda is capable of providing a solution and this is one of the strongest points of Ayurvedic fertility treatment.

INTERNAL MEDICATION (For cyst reduction, endometriosis control & boosting ovulation)

1. Kanchanar Guggulu – 1-0-1 after meals (Shrinks cysts, reduces endometriosis recurrence)

2. Punarnava Mandur – 1-0-1 after meals (Improves pelvic circulation & reduces inflammation)

3. Phala Ghrita – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm milk (Enhances fertility, improves endometrial lining & ovum quality)

4. Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily (Balances hormones & regulates uterine function)

Keep on with these for 3months.

I have prescribed safe and effective medicines which you can get aborad

EXTERNAL / HOME THERAPIES 1. Castor Oil Hot Pack (3–4 times a week) Apply warm castor oil pack on lower abdomen → Reduces endometriosis inflammation → Improves blood flow to ovaries

2. Gentle Abdominal Massage with Sesame Oil Helps with Vata balancing & ovulation support.

HOME REMEDIES 1. Cumin + fennel tea daily for hormone balance 2. 1 tsp ghee every morning (improves fertility) 3. Soaked almonds + raisins 4. Haldi + warm milk at night (anti-inflammatory)

SEED CYCLING

Seed Cycling = Eating specific seeds according to your menstrual cycle to balance hormones naturally and increase chances of pregnancy

1. Follicular Phase (Day 1–14) Seeds: Flax seeds + Pumpkin seeds Why: Support estrogen production.

2. Luteal Phase (Day 15–28) Seeds: Sesame seeds + Sunflower seeds Why: Support progesterone production.

How to take 1 tablespoon each seed daily, freshly ground, mixed in smoothies, roti, curd, or warm water.

Benefits Balances hormones Reduces PMS Regulates periods Supports skin & hair health

DIET PLAN INCLUDE Warm, freshly cooked meals Ghee, sesame oil Moong dal, vegetable soups Pomegranate, dates Ragi, jowar Turmeric, black sesame seeds Protein from lentils, tofu

AVOID Cold foods, refrigerated items Excess wheat (increases Kapha) Oily/spicy foods Milk + fruit combinations Curd at night Sugar, bakery items

LIFESTYLE TIPS

Moderate exercise + yoga (35–40 min daily) Yoga: Baddha konasana, Setubandhasana, Viparita Karani Avoid stress & screen time at night Sleep by 10:30 pm Avoid heavy lifting during menstrual cycle

IMPORTANT – CAN YOU CONCEIVE NATURALLY WITH AYURVEDA?

✔ Yes — many women with cysts/endometriosis + regular cycles conceive naturally with Ayurveda. ✔ Ayurveda works by: Reducing cyst size Controlling endometriosis recurrence Improving egg quality Enhancing endometrial lining Regulating hormones Improving uterine environment

Your case is favorable because: → No pain → Regular cycles → Age 30 (excellent fertility window) → Mild recurrence → Good lifestyle

INVESTIGATIONS NEEDED (If not done recently)

AMH Pelvic ultrasound Thyroid profile Vitamin D Husband’s semen analysis

You are very likely to conceive naturally if you undergo proper Ayurvedic treatment for 3–6 months. Please keep your faith — you are still within an excellent age range for fertility.

Warm Regards, Dr. Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

Hello,

Your history of ovarian cysts/endometriosis, TTC for more than 2 years, regular cycles, moderate lifestyle, and recurrence even after laparoscopy suggests a deep-rooted hormonal imbalance, mild Shukra dhatu dushti, and Apana Vata vitiation. The goal in Ayurveda is to reduce cyst formation, regulate hormones, improve egg quality, enhance uterine receptivity, and strengthen reproductive tissues, making natural conception possible.

❓ Can Ayurveda Help in Ovarian Cysts, Endometriosis & Natural Conception? *Yes. Ayurveda is highly effective in shrinking or stabilizing ovarian cysts, * slowing or reversing endometriotic lesions, * improving egg quality, * correcting Apana Vata, * improving uterine lining, and enhancing natural conception chances.

Even if you are abroad, treatment can be started with oral medicines and diet, and many patients conceive naturally with structured Ayurvedic therapy.

Since you have regular cycles, mild symptoms and only fertility difficulty, you fall into a high-response category, meaning Ayurveda works very well.

🔎 Recommended Tests Before Starting Fertility Ayurveda Treatment (Since TTC > 2 years) 1. AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone) – ovarian reserve 2. FSH, LH, Estradiol – hormonal balance 3. TSH, T3, T4 – thyroid (even normal cycles can hide thyroid variations) 4. Vitamin D3 & B12 – essential for egg quality 5. Pelvic scan – to assess cyst size recurrence 6. Partner semen analysis – mandatory for TTC cases

💊 Internal Medicines First 30 days – Hormone balancing & reducing cyst/endo recurrence 1. Kanchnar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food 2. Sukumaram Kashayam – 10–15 ml twice daily before food 3. Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water after lunch & dinner 4. Shatavari churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime.

After 30 days – Fertility enhancement & ovulation support (45–90 days) 1. Phala Ghrita – 1 tsp early morning with warm milk 2. Dashmoola Kwatha – 15 ml twice daily 3. M2 Tone syrup / or tablets – once daily 4. Vasant Kusumakar Ras (mild dose) – 125 mg once daily

This combination is typically continued for 3 cycles for best TTC outcome.

🍀 External Therapies (Optional but extremely helpful — can be skipped if you are abroad) 1. Basti (medicated enema) – extremely effective for TTC 2. Udarabhyanga + mild heat 3. Yoni pichu (local oil tampon therapy)

If not available abroad, oral therapy alone also works, just slower.

🥗 Diet & Nutrition Tips for Fertility & Cyst Reduction ❌ Avoid 1. Cold foods, ice, refrigerated items 2. Excess sugar, chocolates, bakery foods 3. Spicy/oily foods 4. Soy & packaged foods (hormone disruptors) 5. Skipping meals or late nights 6. Stress, overwork, intense gym

✅ Include 1. Warm, fresh meals 2. Ghee (1–2 tsp/day) 3. Almonds, walnuts, figs 4. Milk with Shatavari or turmeric 5. Drumstick (moringa), green vegetables 6. Sesame seeds, dates 7. Ash gourd juice or pomegranate juice 8. Omega-rich foods: flax, chia seeds

📱 Lifestyle Modifications for TTC 1. Try to sleep before 11 PM 2. Moderate exercise: walking/yoga 30 min 3. Avoid strenuous workouts during periods 4. Keep abdomen warm 5. Avoid intercourse during pain/inflammation 6. TTC window: Day 10–18 with alternate-day timing

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga for Fertility & Cyst Reduction 1. Baddha Konasana 2. Supta Baddha Konasana 3. Setu Bandhasana (bridge pose) 4. Paschimottanasana 5. Butterfly pose – 5–10 min 6. Anulom Vilom – 10 min 7. Bhramari (stress relief)

Avoid deep twisting during periods.

Follow-Up

Check progress after 45 days. Most women show improvement in: * hormonal balance * ovulation * reduced cyst size * improved cervical mucus * better fertility score

Ayurveda generally takes 3 months to prepare the body for natural conception.

✨ With structured Ayurvedic support, many women with recurrent cysts/endometriosis conceive naturally even after 2–5 years of TTC. Your regular cycles and mild symptoms indicate a very favourable prognosis. Stay consistent and hopeful.

With kind regards, Dr. Sumi MS(Ayu)

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Ayurveda can potentially offer support for managing ovarian cysts and endometriosis, enhancing chances of natural conception. It views these conditions through the lens of dosha imbalances, particularly Vata and Pitta doshas. The wise ancient texts suggest strategies to balance these doshas, nurture reproductive health, and improve fertility. Herbs, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications are primary tools in the Ayurvedic toolkit.

1. Herbal Support: Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) are commonly recommended to balance hormones and enhance fertility. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) may also be beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory properties. These can often be taken as powders (churna) or tablets, typically 2-4 grams per day, but exact dosages should be personalized by consultation with a local Ayurvedic practitioner if possible.

2. Dietary Recommendations: It’s important to maintain a Pitta-Vata pacifying diet. Incorporate warm, cooked foods like soups and stews, and use spices like cumin, turmeric, and ginger to support digestion. Avoid cold, raw, or excessively spicy foods. Aim for a diet that includes organic fruits, leafy greens, grains, nuts, and seeds.

3. Lifestyle Practices: Practicing yoga and pranayama, such as Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari, can help balance mental stress, which is often intertwined with hormonal conditions. Prioritize a regular sleep cycle and stress-reducing activities.

4. Special Treatments: While outside India, you might not have access to Panchakarma therapies like Basti (enema) or Abhyanga (oil massage), which are traditionally beneficial. Self-massage with warm sesame oil can help keep Vata in check.

Consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner is crucial for personalizing the right treatment plan for your needs, particularly due to the delicate nature of reproductive conditions. Since you’ve undergone laparoscopy before, modern medical assessment alongside Ayurvedic support can provide a holistic approach. Always seek regular monitoring of your condition with healthcare professionals.

Ayurveda can indeed offer support in managing ovarian cysts and endometriosis, and potentially improve fertility outcomes. In the Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition, these conditions are often seen as imbalances in the doshas—primarily Kapha and Vata, sometimes coupled with Pitta. Understanding your unique prakriti (body constitution) is key, as personalized treatment targets the root causes rather than just symptoms.

First, it’s crucial to look at your diet and lifestyle, which play a significant role in balancing the doshas. Reducing Kapha-aggravating foods like dairy, oily, and processed foods could be beneficial. Emphasize warm, light, and easily digestible meals to support Agni (digestive fire). Including spices such as ginger, turmeric, and cumin can assist in metabolizing and reducing cysts.

Specific Siddha herbs, like Kanchnar Guggulu, may help in dissolving cysts and clearing blockages. Ashoka powder is traditionally used to balance hormones and support uterine health. Always consult with a qualified practitioner before starting these, especially if you are abroad and sourcing might be challenging.

Pranayama (breathing exercises) and specific yoga asanas can improve energy flow through the nadis, aiding in detoxification and rejuvenating the reproductive system. Practices like Bhramari, Anulom Vilom, and Pawanmuktasana series could support your efforts towards conceiving naturally.

Since there’s history of surgical intervention and recurrence, maintaining an open channel with health professionals, both conventional and Ayurvedic, ensures safety. Because conditions like these can be intricate, regular monitoring and adjustments to treatment plans are necessary, whether done locally or remotely. Safeguard your health by seeking out a reputable Ayurvedic practitioner who can cater to your present location and needs.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Atul Painuli
I am Vaidya Atul Painuli, currently working as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Delhi... been here a while now. My focus from the start—over 10+ yrs in this field—has been to stay true to what Ayurveda *actually* is, not just surface-level remedies or buzzwords. I’ve treated a wide mix of patients, from people battling chronic illnesses to those just looking to fix their lifestyle before it leads to disease (which is v underrated tbh). During these years, I kinda shaped my practice around the idea that one solution never fits all. Whether it’s diabetes, gut disorders, stress-related problems or hormone issues—everything goes back to the root, the *nidana*. I usually go with classic Ayurvedic meds, but I mix it up with Panchakarma, diet tweaks and daily routine correction, depending on the case. Most of the time, ppl don’t even realize how much their habits are feeding into the problem. It’s not just about herbs or massages... though those are important too. At Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I see patients from literally all walks of life—office-goers, elderly, even young kids sometimes. Everyone’s got something diff going on, which keeps me grounded. What I try to do is not just treat the symptoms but help ppl *see* what’s happening in their bodies and minds. Like Ayurveda says—if your digestion, sleep and emotions are off... then eventually health’s gonna wobble. I don’t promise quick results but I do stay with my patients through the process, adjusting things based on how they respond. That part makes a big difference I think. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a “last resort” kinda thing—it’s a system that can prevent 80% of the lifestyle diseases ppl suffer from today, if done right. My goal? Just to keep doing this in a way that feels real, grounded, and actually helps ppl—not overwhelm them with too much jargon or fear. Just practical, clean, honest healing.
