आपके द्वारा बताए गए लक्षणों के आधार पर, यह पाचन तंत्र से जुड़ी समस्याएं लगती हैं, जो वात और पित्त दोष के असंतुलन का संकेत हो सकता है। कब्ज के कारण गुदा क्षेत्र में खुजली और कमर दर्द भी हो सकते हैं। सबसे पहले, कब्ज को दूर करने के लिए उचित उपाय करना आवश्यक है।

1. आहार में सुधार: आप अपनी डाइट में फाइबर युक्त आहार शामिल करें। ताजे फल जैसे सेब, पपीता, और हरी सब्जियाँ जैसे फूलगोभी और पालक को अपने भोजन में शामिल करें। छाछ और दही का सेवन भी पाचन को सुधार सकता है।

2. तरल पदार्थ: अपनी दिनचर्या में अधिक पानी पीने की आदत डालें। गुनगुना पानी पिएं, यह आपके पाचन तंत्र को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में मदद करेगा। दिन में कम से कम 8-10 ग्लास पानी जरूर पिएं।

3. त्रिफला चूर्ण: सोने से पहले 1 चम्मच त्रिफला चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी के साथ लेने से कब्ज से राहत मिल सकती है। यह आपके पाचन तंत्र को ठीक रखेगा और मल त्याग को नियमित करेगा।

4. व्यायाम: कुछ हल्का व्यायाम जैसे सैर करना, या योगासन करना आपकी पेट की स्थिति सुधार में मदद कर सकता है। विशेषतः “पवनमुक्तासन” और “भुजंगासन” से पेट और कमर दर्द में राहत मिलती है।

5. गुदा की सफाई: दुरी तत्पश्चात एरिया को साफ और सूखा रखें। नहाने के बाद हल्के एंटीसेप्टिक पानी से उस हिस्से की सफाई करें।

6. तिल के तेल की मालिश: तिल के तेल से हल्के हाथों से कमर और पेट की मालिश करने से सँयुक्त और मांसपेशियों की ऐंठन में आराम मिल सकता है।
