Seeking Ayurvedic Remedies for Vestibular Dysfunction and Headaches - #46376
Have vestibular dysfunctionin left ear so like dizzy issuemainly sleeping along with tightness and back side headache .any ayurvedic medicine suggestions. I am taking stablanz pv 2 tab along with ayurvedic shirshuladivajraras tab one daily.

1. Drakshadi kashaya 15 ml + 45 ml lukewarm water at morning. 2. Punarnavadi kashaya gulika 2 at evening before food.
3. Ksheerabala tailam 101 A 2 drops in each nostril at empty stomach after a steam inhalation. 4. Vaiswanara choorna 1/2 tsp at lunch time with 1/4 cup water.
Took these medicines and follow up after 2 weeks.
If the issue is not solved by these medicines consult an ENT specialist. Sometimes by Epley’s manoeuvre it can be treated.
