Your symptoms of chest pain, breast swelling, and sparking pain suggest aggravated Vata and Pitta doshas, possibly linked to Anaha (gas/indigestion) and stress, exacerbating Costochondritis and localized inflammation. Here is a holistic Ayurvedic approach: 1. Internal Support (Aushadha): Take Dashamoola Kashaya (15-20 ml twice daily) to reduce inflammation and calm Vata. Haridra Khand (1 tsp with warm milk) to reduce swelling and inflammation. Avipattikar Churna (1 tsp with water before meals) for GERD and dyspepsia. 2. Diet (Ahara): Follow a light, easy-to-digest diet to reduce Pitta: Include warm, cooked foods like rice, moong dal khichdi, and ghee. Avoid spicy, sour, and heavy foods, as well as carbonated drinks. Drink jeera-coriander water for digestive relief and to calm inflammation. 3. External Applications: Warm Ksheerabala Tailam or Mahanarayan Tailam can be gently massaged over the chest and breast area, followed by a warm compress to relieve pain and swelling. Apply a paste of turmeric and aloe vera gel locally for cooling and anti-inflammatory effects. 4. Lifestyle (Vihara): Avoid overexertion and heavy physical activities that strain the chest. Practice gentle breathing exercises (Pranayama) like Anulom Vilom to reduce anxiety and pain. Sleep with the head slightly elevated to ease GERD and reduce pressure. 5. Avoidance (Nidan Parivarjana): Avoid tight clothing or bras that compress the chest. Stay away from cold, raw foods and late-night meals that increase Vata and Pitta. This integrated approach will help alleviate your pain, reduce inflammation, and address your underlying digestive concerns. Follow up if the swelling persists or for further care. May you recover soon.
