This dryness is often felt more intensely in the region. When vata increases the tissues around the hip, joint lawyer back and sciatic pathway become tight, dry and inflamed This creates a pattern where nights version is stiff because the body is resting in one position for long hours and mornings feel heavy regent and painful until movement slowly warm the region

In many patients, this also reflects mild degeneration either in the hip joint or in the lower spine and the radiating pattern of pain towards the leg often points towards Nehru compression or irritation of the piriformis muscle or lumbar nerves
