कच्चा आवळा खाण्याने दाढीचे केस काळे होतील का, हे एक निश्चित सांगता येणार नाही. आवळा हे एक पौष्टिक फळ आहे, व आयुर्वेदानुसार हे केसांच्या स्वास्थ्यासाठी फायदेशीर मानलं जातं. यामध्ये व्हिटॅमिन सी, अँटीऑक्सिडंट्स, व प्रभावी आयरन प्रमाण असते, ज्यामुळे केसांचे पोषण सुधारते. परंतु केवळ आवळा खाण्याने लगेच दाढीचे केस काळे होणारी घटना फार क्वचितच घडते.

केसांचं रंग येणं हे विशेषतः तुमच्या अनुवांशिकतेवर व नवीन पोषणाच्या पद्धतीवर देखील अवलंबून आहे. आवळाचा नियमित आहार केसांच्या स्वास्थ्यासाठी चांगला असू शकतो, परंतु अवयव काळेकाळे होण्यासाठी आवळा पर्याप्त नाही आहे.

आवळा जर आपल्या आहारात समाविष्ट करायचा असेल, तर त्याचे दुष्परिणाम फारशे खास नाहीत. मात्र, आढळलेल्या काही बाबी लक्षात घ्या. जादा प्रमाणात् सेवन केल्यास काहींना पचनाच्या तक्रारी किंवा गॅस्ट्रोइंटेस्टाइनल इश्यू होऊ शकतात. रोज एक ते दोन आवळे खाणं सहन होत असेल, तर हे प्रमाण बरं आहे.
