मी रोज कच्चा आवळा खातो 15 दिवस झाले तर अजून किती दिवसात माझा दाढीचे केस काळे होतील..... मला त्या पासून काही त्रास तर नाही होणार ना...का रोज 2 आवले खाल्ले पाहिजे. मला पूर्ण पणे यावर तुमच्याकडून ऊत्तर पाहिजे सर जी खाऊ की नको खाऊ ते तुम्ही सांगा म्हजे माझा प्रोब्लम् सुटेल
