Your symptoms, including bloating, brain fog, dry eyes, skin problems, depression, and cervical and lumbar spondylosis, indicate a Vata and Pitta imbalance, with possible involvement of Ama (toxins). To address this, focus on a digestive-healing routine. Drink warm water with ginger and cumin before meals to support digestion, and consume easy-to-digest foods like soups, khichdi, and cooked vegetables to reduce bloating. For the cervical and lumbar issues, regular gentle yoga and Abhyanga (warm oil massage) with sesame oil can help relieve stiffness. A diet rich in Omega-3s, like flaxseeds and walnuts, can help with dry skin and eyes. Managing stress through meditation and pranayama will support mental clarity and emotional balance.

Namaste JP Sharma ji, Chronic gas-related issues leading to heaviness, brain fog, dryness, depression, and spondylosis can be managed with Ayurveda. Ayurvedic Remedies: For Gas and Digestion: Hingvastak Churna: Take 1 tsp with warm water before meals. Avipattikar Churna: 1 tsp after meals to balance digestion. For Body Heaviness and Brain Fog: Ashwagandha and Brahmi: For mental clarity and energy. Medicated Ghee (like Brahmi Ghrita) to calm Vata and improve focus. For Dryness (Eyes, Skin): Apply Anu Taila in nostrils (Nasya therapy) for dryness and clarity. Use Ksheerabala Taila for Abhyanga (body massage). Drink 1 tsp of castor oil mixed with warm milk at bedtime for lubrication. For Spondylosis: Apply Mahanarayan Taila or Dhanvantaram Taila and do gentle massage. Use Rasnasaptakam Kwath for cervical and lumbar pain relief. Diet and Lifestyle: Eat warm, light, and easily digestible food like khichdi with ghee. Avoid raw, cold, spicy, or fermented foods that increase gas. Practice Pawanmuktasana and Balasana for digestion and spinal health. Consult an Ayurvedic vaidya for tailored treatment and Panchakarma therapies like Vasti for Vata balance. Dhanyavad!

Gas ki vajah se jo bhariapan aap mehsoos kar rahe hain aur jo symptoms aapne bataye hain, ye sab dosha imbalance ya weak agni ki wajah se ho sakte hain. Pehle toh gas aur bhariapan ko door karne ke liye agni ko balance karna zaroori hain. Digestive system sahi se kaam nahi karega toh toxins, yaani ama, ban sakte hain jo body me dump ho jate hain aur aise problems paida karte hain. Sabse pehle aap khana slowly, araam se, aur bina stress ke khane ki koshish kare, kyunki khana jaldi khane se indigestion aur gas bhandar sakti hain. Din me pani thoda-thoda karke (bahut zyada ek sath nahi) piyein. Aap jeera, saunf aur ajwain ke paani ka istemal kar sakte hain, thoda neemboo nikal kar bhi daal sakte hain kyunki ye digestion ko boost karta hain. Shayad gas aur bloating thoda kam ho jaye. Khatti cheezen, processed food, caffeine aur alcohol se thodi doori banaye. Light aur healthy diet successful hote hain—jaise dal ka pani, moong dal khichdi. Dry ginger powder ko garm pani ke saath lene se bhi help mil sakti hain. Cervical aur lumbar spondylosis ke liye, halke stretching exercises yah daily yoga jaise bhujangasana, utkatasana karne se fayda mil sakta hain, par dhyan se karein, aur agar pain ho to ruk jayein. Uske alawa, rosemary oil ya mahanarayana oil se halka massage karna bhi sukhad ho sakti hain. For dry eyes, garmi se bache, aur ghee ko lightly garam karke aankhon ke koney me raat ko lagaye, dhundhlepan ke wajah se kisine bhi damage toh nahi hua. Depression jaise symptoms ke liye medidation aur pranayama shanti aur mental clarity la sakte hain. Agar symptoms heavy lag rahe ho, toh ek medical professional se milna aacha rahega. Agar condition severe hain ya honi shuru ho rahi hai, immediately professional help lena na bhulein. Ayurveda bohot kuch sourced lekar ache kar sakti hain, lekin jab mazake bano toh wo sab se ache option sab kuch theef karne ke liye nahi hain.
