am 82 diabetic being eaten by sarcopenia having still energy to for a work, how to rebuild my muscles Ido meditation at 4 am give your advice.I am also suffering from CKD

Ayurveda would focus on protecting what you have, slowly rebuilding muscle, and not stressing the kidneys or blood sugar. - Conditions: Sarcopenia + Diabetes + CKD Principle: “Raksha first, Poshana later” (Protect kidneys → calm Vāta → slow muscle loss) Rx 1️⃣ Guduchi Ghana Vati Dose: 1 tablet once daily Time: After breakfast Anupāna: Warm water Why kept: Kidney-supportive Helps glucose stability Non-heavy, non-heating ➡️ Do not increase dose 2️⃣ Cow’s Ghee (considered medicine here) Dose: ½ to 1 teaspoon daily Time: With lunch Why essential: Best Vāta shāmaka in old age Prevents further muscle & nerve wasting Safe for kidneys in small dose ➡️ If digestion weak → reduce to ½ tsp - EXTERNAL Abhyanga Oil: Plain sesame oil Frequency: 3× / week Areas: Thighs, calves, arms Pressure: Gentle only ➡️ This replaces many medicines.
