Based on the details you have shared long standing neurological ,metabolic ,cardiac , urological and renal conditions and present concerns related to mouth breathing ,poor appetite and persistent digestive disturbance, shows chronic imbalance of Vata predominance with secondary Pitta involvement and depletion of Kapha and Ojas which is expected at this stage and with the medical history described, In Ayurveda aging itself is a Vata dominant phase and when neurological disorders diabetes cardiac disease kidney involvement and repeated surgical interventions exist the digestive fire becomes irregular ,the nervous regulation of breathing, swallowing and gut movement weakens and stress further aggravates Vata leading to dryness ,instability and loss of coordination, Mouth breathing is due to manifestation of Vata disturbance where the natural rhythm of respiration becomes shallow irregular and bypasses the nasal pathway this affects oxygen utilisation, heart nourishment ,brain stability ,sleep quality and digestive efficiency ,therefore the approach must be systemic and restorative rather than aggressive. Your poor appetite and constant digestive problems where digestion fluctuates leading to improper transformation of food into nourishment this directly impacts medication absorption muscle strength immunity and mental steadiness ,hence restoring Agni is the foundation of improvement Considering your stable chronic kidney disease and cardiac history medicines must be mild well tested and used in conservative dosages avoiding heavy metallic preparations and avoiding excess salt protein and stimulants. The first line of support is regulation of digestion

Hingvashtak churna half teaspoon with warm water take once daily before meal

Ajmodadi churna half teaspoon with warm water after dinner once daily at night

Draksharishta fifteen mL mixed with equal warm water before meals

For nervous system stability and Parkinsonian Ashwagandha churna 3 grams mixed with warm milk at night supports nerve strength muscle tone Brahmi vati one tablet once daily after breakfast

Guduchi satva 500 mg once daily in the morning with warm water supports immunity

Arjuna tablet twice daily with warm water after food, supports myocardial strength circulation and blood pressure stability

Gokshura guggulu twice daily with warm water after food supports urinary flow bladder tone and kidney function without increasing creatinine load Punarnava churna two grams once daily in the morning with warm water supports fluid balance and renal circulation

Anu taila two drops in each nostril in the morning on empty stomach lying comfortably this strengthens nasal passages supports Vata and gradually encourages nasal breathing

Warm water sipping throughout the day in small quantities helps dryness ,digestion and kidney clearance

Food should be warm soft freshly prepared and taken at fixed times Rice wheat moong dal cooked vegetables ghee in small quantity stewed fruits and soups

Avoid cold food refrigerated items raw salads excess sweets fermented food and heavy night meals Dinner should be taken early

morning sunlight exposure slow walking Sleep should be regular avoid daytime sleep longer than short rest

With consistency gentleness and patience this approach supports quality of life stability and functional comfort.

Hlo,

Thank you for sharing detailed history. Considering your age (70 years) and multiple co-morbidities (Parkinson’s disease, CAD post-CAG, T2DM, HTN, CKD 3A, post-TURP & VIO), Ayurveda must be very gentle, supportive, and non-aggressive. The goal is quality of life, digestion, nervous system support, breathing pattern correction, and slowing degeneration — not strong detox or heavy medicines.

I will give a SAFE, CKD- & cardiac-friendly Ayurvedic supportive plan. (Please do not stop any allopathic medicines.)

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING (Brief) - Dominant Vata disorder (Parkinson’s, mouth breathing, degeneration) - Associated Kapha obstruction (poor digestion, heaviness) - Mandagni (weak digestion) - Ojas depletion (post surgeries, chronic illness) - Mild Pranavaha srotas dysfunction → mouth breathing

CORE PRINCIPLES FOR YOU ✔ Mild medicines ✔ Low dose ✔ Kidney-safe ✔ Heart-safe ✔ Focus on Agni + Vata pacification

1️⃣ DIGESTION & APPETITE (MOST IMPORTANT) Morning (Empty stomach) 👉 Ajwain + Saunth water Ajwain ¼ tsp Dry ginger (Saunth) ¼ tsp Boil in 1½ cup water → reduce to 1 cup Sip warm ⛔ Avoid hing, trikatu, chitrak (too strong for CKD) Before Meals

👉 Hingvastak Churna (VERY LOW DOSE) 1 pinch (literally a pinch) With first bite of lunch & dinner Only if no acidity

After Meals 👉 Takra (Buttermilk) – Lunch only Diluted, slightly warm Add roasted jeera powder

⛔ Avoid at night

2️⃣ PARKINSON’S & NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT (SAFE OPTION) Night (After Dinner)

👉 Ashwagandha Avaleha ½ tsp only With warm water or milk (if sugar controlled) ⚠️ This low dose is generally safe even in CKD 3A Optional (If stiffness / tremors prominent)

👉 Ksheerabala 101 capsule 1 capsule at night Helps Vata, nerves, sleep

3️⃣ MOUTH BREATHING (VERY COMMON IN PARKINSON’S) Daily Morning 👉 Anu Taila Nasya 1 drop in each nostril After face wash Lie down 2 minutes ✔ Improves nasal airflow ✔ Reduces dryness ✔ Supports prana & brain ⛔ Do NOT use if active cold, cough, or chest congestion

4️⃣ GENERAL STRENGTH & IMMUNITY (RASAYANA – GENTLE)

👉 Draksha Rasayana 1 tsp in morning after breakfast Improves digestion, weakness, heart & kidney friendly

5️⃣ DIET GUIDELINES (CRITICAL) Prefer Warm, freshly cooked food Soft rice, moong dal, lauki, tori, pumpkin Stewed apple / pear Thin dal soups

Avoid ❌ Dry foods (biscuits, namkeen) ❌ Raw salads ❌ Excess fruits ❌ Curd at night ❌ Cold water ❌ Fried / bakery / packaged food

6️⃣ DAILY ROUTINE (VERY IMPORTANT) Wake up & sleep same time daily Gentle oil massage (til taila or bala oil) to feet only Light walking after meals Avoid afternoon sleep

7️⃣ WHAT TO AVOID STRICTLY ⛔ Panchakarma ⛔ Strong Bhasmas ⛔ Guggulu preparations ⛔ Heavy churna combinations ⛔ Excess herbs “for Parkinson’s” seen online RED FLAGS – STOP & CONSULT Increased acidity Swelling in legs Sudden BP or sugar fluctuation Breathlessness

IMPORTANT NOTE This prescription is supportive, not curative. With your history of CAD + CKD + Parkinson’s, the aim is: ✔ Slowing progression ✔ Better digestion ✔ Better breathing ✔ Energy & comfort

HELLO,

You are 70 years old with multiple long term health conditions

-PARKINSON’S DISEASE (radiorpathic 5 years): causes tremors, stiffness, slow movements, and sometimes swallowing difficulties. This is mainly a vata disorder affecting the nerves -TYPE 2 DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION (10 years):- Metabolic imbalance (kapha+Pitta dosha) causing high blood sugar and blood pressure -HEART DISEASE :- you had a CABG (LMCA) surgery in oct 2024, meaning your heart circulation has been surgically improved but still needs careful monitoring -PROSTATE SURGERY (TURP) and VIO PROCEDURE : post surgical recovery makes your body more delicate -CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD 3A) : kidneys function at 45-50 % requiring careful diet and medication monitoring -MOUTH BREATHING and STRESS worsen your symptoms, and you report poor appetite and digestion

In simple terms= Your body is weak, nervous system is sensitive, digestion is low, and multiple organs are vulnerable

AYURVEDIC VIEW -PRIMARY IMBALANCE= vata (nerves, movements, dryness) -SECONDARY IMBALANCE= kapha-pitta (blood sugar, BP, heart) -AGNI (digestive fire)= low-> poor appetite, costipatio, bloating -OJAS (vital energy)= low -> weakness, slower, healing -SROTAS (body channels)= nervous, circulatory, urinary, digestive and respiratory channels are stressed

TREATMENT GOALS INTERNAL -balance vata= improve nerve function, reduce tremors, stiffness -Regulate blood sugar and BP= support metabolic stability (kapha-pitta balance) -Improve digestion and appetite= stimulate agni without aggravating pitta -strengthen heart and kidney= gentle nourishment -Enhance Ojas= boost immunity, vitality, and overall strength

EXTERNAL -Gentle massage and oil therapy = soften muscles, calm nerves -support circulation and reduce stiffness= improve movement and relaxation -Prana regulation= improve oxygenation, reduce stress

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) KAPIKACCHU CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk daily in morning for 3 months =supports dopamine, reduces tremors

2) BRAHMI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals for 3 months = improves memory, nerves, calms nerves

3)ASHWAGADHA CAPSULES= 1 cap twice daily with warm milk after meals for 3 months = strengthen nerves, improves stamina

5) ARJUNA CHURNA= 1 tsp in morning for 2 months with warm milk =strengthens heart muscles

6) BRAHMI GHRITA= 1 tsp at bedtime for 2 months = improves sleep, calms mind

EXTERNAL TREATMENT

1) OIL MASSAGE= KSHEERBALA TAILA = releievs stiffness, nourishes nerves, improves circulation

2) HEAD MASSAGE= gentle head massage improves cognition, reduces stress

3) SHIRODHARA (if Bp stable) =flow of warm oil on forehead -calms vata, reduces tremors, improves sleep

4) MILD FOMENTATION -warm compress on joints/muscles -reduces stiffness

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -Sleep= 7-8 hours, avoid daytime sleep -Routine= regular meals, light exercise -Stress reduction= meditation, gentle mental activities -Movement= short walks, physiotherapy -Breathing= practice diaphragmatic breathing, bhramari, and nadi shodhana

YOGA ASANAS -tadasana -ardha matsyendrasana -gentle forward bends

PRANAYAM -Diaphragmatic breathing -nadi sodhana -bhramari

AVOID -kapalbhati -forecefu breathing -breath retention

DIET -warm, cooked foods, soft texture -small, frequent meals -Favour= rice dal, pumpkin, gourds, carrot, cooked vegetables -Use mild spices= cumin, coriander, fennel, ginger -Limit= raw salads, fried foods, cold drinks, sugar -Include healthy fats= 1 tsp ghee per day -Ensure adequate fluid intake

HOME REMEDIES -warm water with cumin/fenel before meals -steam inhalation for mouth breathing -warm milk with pinch of turmeric before bedtime -gentle foot oil massage before sleep -avoid exposure to cold air and drafts

-Your health is complex due to multiple chronic conditions ; Ayurveda is supportive not a replacement for ongoing medicine -Focus on gentle, nourishing care : vata pacification, strengthening, improving digestion -Regular monitoring of heart, kidney, sugar, BP, is essential -Home routine, mild yoga, breathing, and diet play a big role in day-to-day well being -Stress management is key, as it triggers worsening symptoms -This plan is long term ; improvements are gradual but sustained with consistency

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU
