You might want to take a teaspoon of sesame seed powder mixed in a glass of warm milk daily in the morning. Milk, why it should be fresh and full-fat, enhances calcium absorption, considering your age and constitutional needs.
Inclusion of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is advised. This adaptogenic herb is renowned in Ayurveda for its rejuvenative properties. A common preparation could involve mixing half a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk, consuming it before bedtime.
