-you can start Safed Musli or Ashwagandha in a very low dose. Take it after meals, one at a time, and monitor your blood sugar and how you feel. If you notice any dizziness, palpitations, or unusual fatigue, stop it and contact immediately. We will adjust the dose slowly as needed. -Safed Musli (powder): 0.5 gram per day, after meals Ashwagandha (powder): 250 mg mg per day, after meals -Start one herb at a time.-Do not start Safed Musli and Ashwagandha together. Start with only one herb first, at a very low dose. Observe how your body reacts—check your blood sugar, energy levels, and any side effects like dizziness, palpitations, or unusual fatigue. Only after 1–2 weeks and if everything is fine, you can consider starting the second herb, again in a very low dose. Monitor blood sugar daily.
