For boosting energy levels, addressing the underlying ayurvedic principles such as Vata and Pitta balance might be beneficial. Incorporating Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, can support this. Take 250 mg of Ashwagandha extract once daily, preferably with warm milk, to enhance energy and vitality without spiking blood sugar.

For borderline pre-diabetes and high LDL, focus on a Kapha-pacifying diet is essential. Avoid heavy, oily, and processed foods. Include fibrous vegetables like leafy greens, broccoli, and antioxidant-rich berries into your daily intake. Cooked or steamed veggies are easier on digestion. Use spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander to invigorate digestive fire (agni) naturally.

Addressing puffy eyes, consider improving lymphatic drainage and reducing Kapha accumulation with Triphala, taken as a powder mixed with warm water before bed. A gentle head massage with coconut oil before sleep could aid in circulation and relaxation, tinhancing sleep quality. Applying a cool compress using cucumber slices or rose water soaked cotton pads over eyes for 10 minutes may visibly reduce puffiness.

Sleep goal is balancing Vata dosha; thus, try Abhyanga (self-oil massage) using sesame oil before a warm bath at night… Consuming a glass of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or drink chamomile tea before bed promotes deep, restful sleep. Establishing a regular sleep schedule improves rhythm; try to sleep by 10 PM.

Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any supplements or herbs especially given your health conditions. Making lifestyle adjustments is equally vital, and integrating a combination of these practices can holistically support your energetic, metabolic, and rest needs.
