Struggling with Stress, Sleep Issues, and Digestive Problems - #50127

Ich bin 52 Jahre alt und merke, dass ich sehr gestresst bin. Ich wache nachts manchmal auf, zwischen 03:00-04:00 und kann dann nicht wieder einschlafen. Wenn ich nach20:00 Uhr etwas trinke wache ich ebenfalls nachts auf, weil ich zur Toilette muss. Bei mir ist eine beginnende Osteoporose festgestellt worden und ein sehr starkes Ungleichgewicht von Omega 3 zu 6. Ich habe oft Magenprobleme, Sodbrennen und/oder Druck im Oberbauch und derzeit auch einen eher weichen Stuhlgang. Ich fühle mich derzeit schnell ermüdet, meine Arbeit wächst mir über den Kopf und ich weine oft. Ich habe Kraft und spüre sie auch, doch ist sie oft ganz plötzlich weg und ich werde sehr müde, auch tagsüber. Ich würde gern selbst Ölmassagen machen, weiß aber nicht welches Öl richtig ist, mir wurde Gandha Tailam empfohlen. Ich würde mich sehr über eine Empfehlung freuen.
