How would you describe the severity of your throat pain?:
- SevereHave you noticed any specific foods or liquids that trigger your swallowing difficulties?:
- Both solid and liquidHow often do you experience sinus issues?:
- ConstantlyDoctors' responses
Yes — this is usually treatable. Your symptoms (severe pain, trouble swallowing both solids and liquids, constant sinus issues for years) are not normal and need proper investigation. I would like to advice your firstly do proper investigation then treatment should be decided. Swallow study (VFSS / FEES) Endoscopy (EGD) Sinus CT scan - Routine exams can miss muscle, nerve, or coordination problems. Liquid-only diet can weaken muscles, but this can improve with therapy.
Go for endoscopy
