Concerns About Irregular Periods and Amenorrhea - #49151

I have irregular and also amenorrhea sometimes. I have not been seeing my period for about 3 months now. My gynaecologist prescribed M2 Tone for 30 days,it is about30 days now but no sign of myperiod is detected. What could be the cause?

Based on your description am prescribing the following medications
1.Rajapravartini Vati – 1 tab BD after food
2.Ashokarishtam – 15 ml with equal water BD
3.saptasaram kashayam 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water before food BD
Please rule out pregnancy if applicable. Always follow warm diet, regular sleep and reduce stress.
