Hi Sir i am suffering from hearing loss from last 3 years and taken hearing aid also but wearing it I am getting severe pain in my ear and not able to hear properly can the ayurvedic treatment able to cure my hearing loss

Ayurveda helps in supportive care-
-Diagnosis: Severe hearing loss with tinnitus, ear pain on hearing aid use
Duration: 3 years
Treatment Plan
1. Shodhana (Cleansing / Detoxification)
- Karna Purana (Ear Instillation)
Medicine: Tila Taila (Sesame oil) or Ksheerabala Taila
Dosage: 3–5 drops in each ear, once daily, preferably in the evening
Duration: 7–14 days
- ⚠️ Only if no infection or perforation. Stop if pain worsens.
**Oral Medications
Bala + Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g twice daily with warm milk
Guduchi + Yashtimadhu Decoction – 1 tsp twice daily
Vacha Churna (for tinnitus) – 125 mg twice daily
3. Lifestyle / Diet
Avoid loud noise, caffeine, and alcohol
Sleep early, follow regular routine
Prefer warm, soft, easily digestible foods
- Follow-up: 2 weeks, monitor pain, tinnitus, and hearing
- Red Flags: Stop all treatments and see ENT if pain, pus, fever, sudden hearing drop, or vertigo occurs.
