Hi, at this age Having fibroid and low hb , Can also lead to sometimes carcinoma stage, so better to consult with gynaec for proper evaluation. I will not recommend you Self medication or online consultation at this time.

Pradantak Churna can help in fibroids by controlling heavy menstrual bleeding and pain. It does not directly increase haemoglobin, so iron medicine is needed along with it. It is useful in small to moderate fibroids and should be taken as advised by the doctor.
