Congratulations on your pregnancy! 🎉 -Nasal Congestion in Pregnancy is Very common, often due to hormonal changes (estrogen and progesterone increase) causing nasal tissue swelling. Deviated septum can worsen this. -Safe: Saline nasal sprays, steam inhalation, head elevation. ✅ Avoid: Decongestant sprays (like oxymetazoline)and steroid spray. - if problem is severe then go in personal consultation offline with gynaecologist.
