-Nasal Congestion in Pregnancy is
Very common, often due to hormonal changes (estrogen and progesterone increase) causing nasal tissue swelling.
Deviated septum can worsen this.
-Safe: Saline nasal sprays, steam inhalation, head elevation. ✅
Avoid: Decongestant sprays (like oxymetazoline)and steroid spray.
- if problem is severe then go in personal consultation offline with gynaecologist.

Steam inhalation (bhaap) – Din mein 1–2 baar
Garam paani peena – Din bhar thoda-thoda
Haldi doodh – Raat ko ½ chammach haldi ke saath
Anu taila ya ghee ki 1-1 boond naak mein
