Good afternoon sir,i have Throat infection (pain)from last 4 days,cold, cough also..need proper medicine ,tonic.

Internal Medicines: 1)Trikatu Churna – ¼ tsp, 2 times/day with warm water, after meals 2)Vyoshadi Vati – 2 tablets, 3 times/day with warm water, after meals 3)Sitopaladi Churna – ½ tsp in warm milk, 2 times/day, before sleep 4)Giloy Decoction / Ayush Kwath – 1 cup, 2 times/day, morning & evening -External Therapy: Steam inhalation with Tulsi & Ginger – 1–2 times/day Throat gargle with warm salt water – 2–3 times/day -Diet & Lifestyle: Warm, light foods; avoid cold & oily food Plenty of warm fluids; rest & avoid excessive talking -Duration: 5–7 days, or until symptoms subside
