Local Therapy (Ear / Head) Karna Purana (Ear Oil Therapy): Bala Taila – 3-4 drops per ear at bedtime, for 7–10 days (Lie on the opposite side while applying; do not use if ear discharge is present) -Nasal Therapy (Nasya): Anu Taila – 2-3drops in each nostril, early morning, for 7 days -Warm Compress: Apply a warm cloth around the ear for 5–10 minutes daily to relieve vertigo 3.
