Nasya (Pratimarsha ) – Morning Anu Taila / Ksheerabala Taila – 2 drops each nostril Duration: 7–14 days 2. Oral Medicines (Bhojan ke baad) Vyaghri Haritaki Churna – 2 gm, 2 times daily Sitopaladi Churna – 2 gm, 2 times daily Talisadi Churna – 1 gm, if excessive sneezing 3. Local Therapy Gandusha / Kavala (Warm sesame oil / licorice decoction) – 1 time daily Triphala decoction nasal wash – 1–2 times weekly (optional) 4. Ahara-Vihara (Diet & Lifestyle) Avoid cold, sour, fried foods Avoid dust, smoke, strong odors Warm, steamed foods; herbal teas (ginger, tulsi) Sleep early, elevate head while sleeping Follow-up: 2–3 weeks or as needed
