Can start with 1 tablet twice daily after food But before starting I would suggest once to get cbc thyroid profile and us abdomen to rule out for any underlying cause

Since your periods have stopped since I year, you should take Cap. Evanova 1-0-1 meant for menaupause, Tablet M2TONE is not advisable at this stage. Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika bhamri daily for 5-10mins twice Do Brisk walking atleast 30 minutes daily. Avoid processed fatty foods fast foods sugary foods.

Do not self-dose M2-Tone— because your periods have stopped for a year, so Check hormones (FSH, LH, estrogen, thyroid) before starting any hormonal supplement. If u tell for which symptoms u are taking it, will help to decide dose -Folic acid (400–800 mcg daily) is safe to take, u can take tab KMB once a day

HELLO, At 38 years, old, if your period has stopped for almost a year, this is called secondary amenorrhea (when periods stop for more than 3 months in someone who previously had regular cycles). Since it has been nearby a year, this needs proper medical evaluation- not just medicine alone. ABOUT M2-TONE -It is an Ayurvedic uterine Tonic used for irregular periods. -Usual adult dose= 1-2 tabs twice daily after meals or syrup= 2 tsp twice daily -Duration= usually 3 months, but depends on cause -Always follow the exact instructions on your medicine pack CAN YOU ADD FOLIC ACID?
