At 27 weeks, your baby’s brain and skin development mainly depend on good nutrition, proper sleep, low stress, and healthy digestion. In Ayurveda, nourishing foods are more important than any single product. You can include: Milk with small amount of ghee Soaked almonds and walnuts Fresh fruits like pomegranate and apple Coconut water, moong dal, homemade healthy meals Continue your prenatal vitamins regularly For healthy brain development: Proper sleep, calm mind, positive thoughts, meditation, and light activity are very beneficial Avoid: Junk food, excessive spicy/oily foods, stress, smoking, and self-medication Do not start any Ayurvedic medicine or herbal product during pregnancy . For better support: Include: Milk, ghee (small quantity), soaked almonds (4–5), walnuts Fresh fruits, green vegetables, whole grains Good hydration (which you are already maintaining) Avoid: Very spicy, junk, processed, and reheated food At home: 1 glass warm milk at night Soaked raisins or dates in small quantity for nourishment Gentle walking and positive, calm environment (very important for baby’s brain development) * Shatavari kalpa – 1 teaspoon with milk once daily * Phal ghrita – ½ teaspoon with warm milk once daily These support fetal nourishment, brain development, and overall growth.
