Doctors' responses

It’s understandable to be concerned about hair loss, premature greying, and premature ejaculation, especially at your age. In Ayurveda, these issues can often be traced back to imbalances in Vata and Pitta doshas. Hair loss and greying may indicate underlying factors such as nutritional deficiencies, stress, or hormonal imbalances, while premature ejaculation can also be influenced by psychological factors and lifestyle choices, including prolonged masturbation.

To address hair loss and greying, consider incorporating a nourishing diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Foods like nuts, seeds, dark leafy greens, and fruits can support hair health. Herbal supplements such as Amla (Indian gooseberry), Brahmi, and Ashwagandha are known to promote hair growth and restore natural color. Bhringraj oil can be massaged into the scalp to strengthen hair follicles and enhance growth.

For managing premature ejaculation, practices like Kegel exercises can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and mindfulness techniques can aid in reducing anxiety and improving control.

Hey, I totally get how you’re feeling. Let’s dive into this, starting with the hair issues. In Ayurveda, hair health is closely tied to your doshas, especially Pitta dosha imbalance. Your greying and hairloss could be a sign of excess Pitta. Sometimes these imbalances can also link to stress and diet.

Firstly, try to keep your stress levels down. Regular practice of yoga and meditation is really effective for calming Pitta. A bit of bhramari pranayama in your day works wonders! With your diet, add foods that help reduce Pitta like sweet, bitter and astringent tastes. So, include more green veggies and fresh fruits. Dairy like milk with turmeric or a pinch of nutmeg, before bed, helps too.

…For your hair, there’s this great herb Bhringraj – it’s known as a hair rejuvenator! You can use bhringraj oil or powder to massage onto your scalp 2-3 times a week. Amla is another good friend for your hair, you can take it as a juice or tablet.

About the premature ejaculation, don’t worry, it’s not uncommon and stressing about it can sometimes make it worse. In Ayurveda, it might relate to imbalances in your Vata dosha. Ashwagandha is a very supportive herb in this context, known for boosting strength and stamina. Taking it daily in the morning with milk can be beneficial.

Here’s a tip: consider moderating the frequency of masturbation. Too frequent can impact your physical and mental health in some cases.

A daily routine is key. Regular sleep, eating on time, and keeping your body’s rhythm calm and steady keeps those doshas balanced. Also make room for some exercise, like walking. Always stay hydrated with lots of room temp water – it’s simple but crucial.

Talk to an Ayurvedic practicioner if you can. They can give you more personalized guidance, especially if you’re trying new supplements. If things seem severe, seek professional advice. It’s all about balance, so take it step by step, okay?
