Lakshadi Oil - #5662
I’ve been dealing with severe joint pain lately, especially in my knees and wrists, and someone suggested using lakshadi oil. I’m a bit confused about how to use lakshadi oil properly. Is it just for massage, or can it also be applied overnight? I also have slightly sensitive skin, so I’m worried if lakshadi oil might cause irritation. Another thing is that my grandmother has osteoporosis, and I’ve read somewhere that lakshadi oil might help with bone strength. Does lakshadi oil actually penetrate deep enough to strengthen bones, or is that just a myth? I’d also like to know if lakshadi oil needs to be warmed before application or if it’s fine to use as it is straight from the bottle. I’ve also been experimenting with a healthier lifestyle, doing yoga, and eating calcium-rich foods. Adding lakshadi oil to my routine seems like a good idea, but I want to make sure I’m not overdoing it. Can I combine lakshadi oil with other Ayurvedic oils, or should I stick to using only lakshadi oil for now? Lastly, can lakshadi oil be used for kids or elderly people with fragile bones, or should it be avoided in such cases? If anyone has personal experience with lakshadi oil, please let me know how it worked for you. Also, are there any specific brands or formulations of lakshadi oil that are better than others?
