Aapke jodo me ragadna aur dard hone ka anubhav, sath hi gurdo me patthar banne ki samasya, ek saath ho sakti hai, lekin ye alag alag sthitiyan bhi ho sakti hain.
Aapke dard aur ragadna ka kaaran “Ama” (toxic buildup) bhi ho sakta hai, jo sharir me vishakt padarthon ke rukne se hota hai. Iske alawa, gurdo me patthar ka hona “Ashmari” ke roop me jaana jaata hai, jo sharir me aapki pachaak shakti aur purusharth ko prabhavit karta hai.
Is sthiti se nikalne ke liye, aapko ek samuchit Ayurvedic upchar ki avashyakta hai. Gokshuradi Guggulu aur Punarnava Mandur jaise aushadhiyon ka sevan aapke gurdo ki swasthya ko sudharne me madad kar sakta hai. Jodo ke dard ke liye, Mahavat Vidhwansan Rasa ya Kottamchukkadi Taila se malish karna bhi faydemand ho sakta hai.
Aapko apni aahar-vihar par dhyan dena hoga, jismein aapko adhik paani peena, anti-inflammatory bhojan jaise haldi, adrak, aur seasonal sabjiyon ko apne aahar me shamil karna chahiye.
Your issue with joints making sound and aching a bit fr probably a different reason than the kidney stones, but I’ll try to make sense of it all. So, you are taking all these supplements but still feel like joints are not happy. Sounds like a classic case of Vata dosha imbalance, from an Ayurvedic angle. Basically, Vata controls movement and when it gets outta whack, joints can get kinda crackly.
Let’s keep this simple: focus on your diet and lifestyle first. Avoid cold foods and drinks, aim for warm, easily digestible meals. Soups, stews, and warm cooked veggies are your friends. Oily foods like ghee—good quality, of course—and sesame oil can be beneficial; try gentle oil massage on joints too.
Herbs like Ashwagandha or Shallaki might help strengthen your system, but it’s a good idea to chat with a local Ayurvedic expert before diving in head-first. For kidney stones, well that’s often hooked up with Pitta imbalance. So alongside, focusing on avoiding too much spicy or salty foods is wise.
Don’t forget hydration is key here! Sipping water with a few drops of lime or lemon can be very helpful for stone prevention.
Some movement is necessary to keep joints in check. Gentle yoga or stretching might be good, but nothing too strenous right now.
If the pain or discomfort continues, please don’t shy away from talking to a healthcare professional. Stones especially might need modern medical attention. Ayurveda’s pretty darn brilliant, but sometimes you wanna combine it with modern medicine for the best results. Keep tuning into what your body tells you, alright? Healing’s a journey, not a sprint!
