Heart-related issues serious ho sakte hain and immediate medical attention zaroori hoti hai. Main strongly advise karta hoon ki aap closest hospital ya clinic mein lekar check-up ke liye jaiye.

Lekin jab tak aap doctor se nahi mil lete, thoda relief ka try kar sakte hain Ayurvedic tariqe se—bas yeh yaad rakhein, yeh doctor visit ke substitute nahi hain. Sar dard often vata imbalance ke vajah se hota hai. Try kriya like shirodhara, jo vata ko shant karne mein madad kar sakta hai. Yadi yeh facility aapke paas nahi hai, ghar par bhi shiro abhyanga (head massage) kar sakte hain sesame oil (til ka tel) se. Isse vata shant hoga aur dard kam ho sakta hai.
