I’m looking for advice on using Cap Nilsin for my acne issues. My face has been breaking out badly for months, and nothing seems to work. I saw an ad online for Cap Nilsin, which claims to be an Ayurvedic supplement for clear skin. Has anyone here tried it? The acne is mostly on my cheeks and chin, and it’s red and painful. I’ve tried a few Ayurvedic creams and teas before, but I’ve never used something like Cap Nilsin. From what I understand, Cap Nilsin works by balancing the body from within. Is that true, and how long does it take to work? Also, does Cap Nilsin have any side effects? My stomach is pretty sensitive, so I’m always careful with new supplements. Can Cap Nilsin cause digestive problems or anything like that? And should it be taken with food or on an empty stomach?
