Ayurveda For Pancreas - #6803
About a year ago, I was diagnosed with mild pancreatitis after dealing with intense abdominal pain and nausea. It wasn’t a one-time thing; these episodes would come and go, leaving me drained and frustrated. After the diagnosis, I was told to change my diet drastically, avoiding fatty foods and alcohol altogether. I’ve been trying to stick to these changes, but my symptoms still flare up sometimes. This made me start exploring Ayurveda for pancreas health, as I’m really curious about natural ways to strengthen my system. I’ve read that herbs like Kutki and Guduchi are good for managing inflammation in the pancreas. But I don’t know if there’s a specific combination or process to follow. Can Ayurveda for pancreas conditions also help with digestive enzyme imbalances? My digestion has been very erratic lately, and I sometimes get diarrhea or severe bloating after meals. I’m trying to understand if these are related to my pancreas or just the stress I’ve been under lately. Are there specific Panchakarma therapies that might benefit someone dealing with chronic pancreas issues? A friend mentioned that detoxifying treatments like Virechana could be useful for conditions affecting the pancreas. I’m hesitant because I don’t know if it’s suitable for someone who’s already dealing with weakness and low energy. Also, does Ayurveda for pancreas recommend any particular foods to help heal and regenerate pancreatic tissue? I’m currently eating light meals with vegetables and soups, but I’m unsure if I’m missing out on essential nutrients. It’s been overwhelming to find reliable information online about this. If anyone here has successfully managed pancreatitis or other pancreatic problems using Ayurveda for pancreas, please share what worked for you. Should I consult an Ayurvedic practitioner, or are there general remedies I can start with?
