I am suffering from kidney stones since my childhood it's occuring very frequently how do I get rid from this problem

Avoid high-oxalate foods, such as spinach, beets, and chocolate, which can contribute to stone formation. Reducing salt and animal protein intake is also advisable, as they can increase the risk of kidney stones.
In terms of herbal remedies, Chandraprabha Vati is traditionally used to support kidney health and may help in breaking down stones. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) is another beneficial herb known for its diuretic properties, helping to flush out stones and improve urinary health. Additionally, Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) can support kidney function and promote overall health.
