In my postgraduate study I had finished Medicine with top score in my batch, which felt rewarding but also left me with responsibility to keep proving that I deserve that position. Honestly, academic achievements are good but real test is when someone walks in pain and goes back with relief, even if just partial at first. Sometimes patients expect instant cure, n that is where I try to keep balance—explaining how pain relief in conditions like frozen shoulder or spondylitis may take staged approach, while also keeping them hopeful. Ayurveda gives a framework but patient trust makes the treatment effective. One year is not a long time but it has been enough to show me the value of consistency, clarity and listening more than talking. My aim is not just treating pain but helping people understand their body better, manage lifestyle triggers, and feel supported in the journey of healing!!
