I am really confused about something I've heard lately. My friend was saying how she loves eating apples and curd together, but I thought mixing fruits with dairy is a big no-no in Ayurveda? Like, is it okay?! I’ve been feeling kinda bloated after I tried it last week... but then again, maybe it was something else?? The other day, I had this big crunchy apple from the market and I was just craving for some creamy curd on the side, right? I mixed them both together and it tasted really good, but then afterwards, I felt bad, like my stomach was mad at me or somthing. Did I just mess up my digestion or is that normal? It's been on my mind and I just can't shake the feeling that maybe apples and curd together isn't such a great combo! I mean, can we eat apple and curd together or should I stick to one or the other? Also, are there better pairings that won’t leave me feeling so bloated, or is there a specific time I should eat these individually? Seriously, any thoughts would be super helpful! I'm really trying to get my eating habits sorted, haha!
