I have been suffering from back pain deep dull back pain and stiffness of spine.Is it because of an accident when I was only twenty years old.now I am 65 years old

Daily apply Dhanwantaram Taila on back and slight massage followed by hot water bath in morning hours. Do not strain yourself and add light exercise and yoga asanas to your schedule. Do put pressure on affected part. Daily you increase intensity of exercise slowly not suddenly at once. Take prescribed medications for 15 days and take a follow up.
